Aims & Scope

The International Journal of Psychosexual Therapy (IJPST) is dedicated to advancing the theory and clinical practice of psychosexual therapy. The journal provides a multidisciplinary forum for critical scholarship, clinical innovation, and evidence-based practice in the treatment of sexual and relational concerns.

IJPST welcomes contributions that deepen the understanding of psychosexual health through empirical research, theoretical development, clinical case work, and ethical reflection. The journal is particularly interested in work that integrates diverse perspectives and translates theory into practice.

Submissions are invited from a range of disciplines, including:

  • Psychosexual and relationship therapy

  • Clinical and counseling psychology

  • Sexual medicine and health education

  • Sexology and public health

  • Sociology, ethics, and cultural studies

  • Theology and spirituality in psychosexual care
